• Deliver the services described in your engagement agreement
• Communicate with you about your project and engagement
• Send strategy call confirmations and scheduling information
• Respond to inquiries and support requests

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Multvo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

4. Third-Party Tools

As part of delivering our services, we use third-party platforms that may process your data. These include:

• GoHighLevel (CRM and automation)
• Make (workflow automation)
• Vapi (AI voice systems)
• Notion (project documentation)
• Anthropic / Claude (AI processing)

Each of these platforms operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain client data for the duration of your active engagement plus 12 months following the end of the engagement. After this period, your data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Right to Request Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing christian@multvo.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
