Setup fees are non-refundable once the discovery call has been completed and build work has begun. This covers the cost of scoping, planning, and initial system configuration which begins immediately upon kickoff.
If Multvo has not yet begun work on your project, a full refund of the setup fee may be requested within 48 hours of payment. To request a refund within this window, email christian@multvo.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel, your service continues through the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
If the measurable benchmarks agreed upon at the start of your engagement are not met within the first 30 days, you will not be charged for month two. This is the only performance guarantee offered by Multvo. No other refunds or credits will be issued based on performance expectations not documented in writing prior to the build.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing period, regardless of cancellation date.
